Mr. Ghanem
Social studies teacher at Cairo Secondary School, 1984 to 2014

For 30 years I was the social studies teacher at Cairo Secondary School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Ghanem
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ghanem: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 2015. I remember you. Greetings from Bonny.

You taught me social studies in 1993 at Cairo Secondary School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
