Mr. Getu
Teacher at Adama Grammar School, loves agriculture
- 🇪🇹 Adama, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Adama Grammar School
- 2005 to 2015
- English, Amharic
For ten years I was the agriculture teacher at Adama Grammar School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mr. Getu
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Getu: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me agriculture in 2016 at Adama Grammar School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.

you taught me agriculture in 2009 at Adama Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
