Mr. Gerasimov
English literature and social studies teacher, Dnipro
- 🇺🇦 Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine
- Rosewood High School
- Since 2004
- English, Russian, French
For 22 years I have been the English literature teacher at Rosewood High School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Gerasimov
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Gerasimov: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
