Mr. Garrett
15 years teaching biology in Gold Coast
- 🇦🇺 Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
- Gold Coast Boys' School
- 2001 to 2009
- English
I taught biology at Gold Coast Boys' School in Gold Coast from 2001 to 2009. Most days I taught first-year students, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 410 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Garrett
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Garrett: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
