Mr. García
24 years teaching economics in Columbia
- 🇺🇸 Columbia, Missouri, United States
- Ashford Secondary School
- 2009 to 2017
- English, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 250 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. García
If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

What gifts mean to Mr. García: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me economics in 2020 at Ashford Secondary School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
