I taught special education at Grenoble High School in Grenoble from 1978 to 1993. Most days I taught teenagers, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Mr. Garcia
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Garcia: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
