Mr. García
29 years teaching English literature in Joliet
- 🇺🇸 Joliet, Illinois, United States
- Lakeview Public School
- Since 1979
- English, Spanish
I teach English literature and accounting at Lakeview Public School, Joliet. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. García
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
