Mr. Gaikwad
Physics and biology teacher, Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Public School
- 1984 to 2010
- English, Gujarati
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 26 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Gaikwad
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Gaikwad: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

you taught me physics in 2022 at Mumbai Public School. I still remember that terrible school play.

You probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 2006. I remember you. Greetings from Maringá.
