I teach French at Accra Boys' School in Accra since 1979. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 2,440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
