I teach chemistry at Harbor Girls' School in Austin since 2002. Most days I teach teenagers, and I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Foster
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Foster: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
