Mr. Fischer
French teacher at Essen High School, 1984 to 1998
- 🇩🇪 Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- 1984 to 1998
- English, French
For 14 years I was the French teacher at Essen High School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Fischer
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Fischer: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
