Mr. Firmansyah
Biology teacher at St. Mary's Academy, 2013 to 2025

- English, Indonesian
I taught biology at St. Mary's Academy in Surabaya from 2013 to 2025. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 700 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.

If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Mr. Firmansyah: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
