I taught art at Pelotas Secondary School in Pelotas from 1985 to 1994. Most days I taught Year 10, and I never turned anyone away.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Figueiredo
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Figueiredo: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
