For 27 years I was the accounting teacher at Jaffna Girls' School. I taught Year 9 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Fernando
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me accounting in 2025 at Jaffna Girls' School. I still remember the surprise birthday cake.
