Mr. Fernandez
Early years and biology teacher, Mandaue
- 🇵🇭 Mandaue, Cebu, Philippines
- Mandaue Public School
- 2000 to 2010
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and ten years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Fernandez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me early years in 2012 at Mandaue Public School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
