I taught accounting at Kingsway Public School in Arlington from 1999 to 2011. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I never once raised my voice.
I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir.
More about Mr. Fernández
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
