I teach environmental science and music at Uberlândia Technical College, Uberlândia. I never turn anyone away.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Fernandes
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Fernandes: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I was in your Year 7 class in 2014. You believed I could do it before I did! Truly.
