Mr. Farouk
32 years teaching history in Palermo
- 🇮🇹 Palermo, Sicily, Italy
- Since 2007
- Italian
I teach history at Unity Grammar School in Palermo since 2007. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never turn anyone away.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Mr. Farouk: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
