Mr. Falana
Spanish and English literature teacher, Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- 1992 to 2011
- English, Igbo
For 19 years I was the Spanish teacher at Kano Academy. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 510 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Mr. Falana: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
