Mr. El-Sayed
28 years teaching biology in Fayetteville
- 🇺🇸 Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States
- Northside Boys' School
- Since 1992
- English, Arabic
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 34 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,900 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Mr. El-Sayed: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.

You taught me biology in 2005 at Northside Boys' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard Truly.
