Mr. Effendi
Geography and music teacher, Bandung
- 🇮🇩 Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
- Bandung Public School
- 1996 to 2015
- English
I taught geography at Bandung Public School in Bandung from 1996 to 2015. Most days I taught the youngest children, and my door was open at lunch.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Effendi
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Effendi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
