I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and ten years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 470 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Dunne
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Dunne: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
