Mr. Dunn

Religious studies and agriculture teacher, Auckland

🇳🇿 Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
Auckland Academy
Since 1993
English

I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 33 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Mr. Dunn

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Dunn: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I failed religious studies twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Entebbe.
