Mr. Duarte
Home economics teacher at Madrid Boys' School, 1979 to 2001

- English, Spanish
Madrid Boys' School was my second home. I taught home economics there from 1979 to 2001, mostly teenagers.
Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Duarte
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Duarte: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
