For 35 years I have been the Spanish teacher at East London Secondary School. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I'm learning the guitar. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.

What gifts mean to Mr. Du Plessis: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me Spanish in 2009 at East London Secondary School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
