Mr. Doan
Retired agriculture teacher from Andes Middle School
- 🇻🇳 Hồ Chí Minh City, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam
- 1984 to 2011
- English, Vietnamese
I came to teaching late, after working as a nurse, and 27 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 1,590 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Doan
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me agriculture in 2017 at Andes Middle School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

You taught me agriculture in 1999 at Andes Middle School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
