Mr. Dizon
History teacher at Elmwood Technical College, Since 1980
- 🇵🇭 Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- Since 1980
- English, Filipino
I teach history and special education at Elmwood Technical College, Cebu City. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
