Mr. Dimitriou
30 years teaching early years in Athens
- 🇬🇷 Athens, Attica, Greece
- Athens Academy
- 2001 to 2016
- English, Greek
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 15 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Dimitriou
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Dimitriou: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
