Mr. Dijkstra
Chemistry teacher at Nijmegen High School, 1983 to 1994
- 🇳🇱 Nijmegen, Gelderland, Netherlands
- Nijmegen High School
- 1983 to 1994
- Dutch
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 590 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mr. Dijkstra: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
