For 31 years I have been the home economics teacher at Da Nang Secondary School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I garden badly but happily. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Diep: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
