Mr. Díaz
French and economics teacher, Celaya
- 🇲🇽 Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Highland Academy
- 1984 to 2006
- Spanish
I taught French at Highland Academy in Celaya from 1984 to 2006. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I never once raised my voice.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Díaz
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Díaz: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
