For twelve years I was the art teacher at Addis Ababa High School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.

What gifts mean to Mr. Desta: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
