For 32 years I was the accounting teacher at Bengaluru Grammar School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,500 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mr. Deshmukh: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
