I taught biology at Ankara Middle School in Ankara from 1984 to 1993. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 260 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Mr. Demir: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
