I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 18 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I learned every name in the first week.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
