I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 45 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
