Mr. Cruz
20 years teaching statistics in Auckland
- 🇳🇿 Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
- Silverlake Secondary School
- 1981 to 2010
- English
For 29 years I was the statistics teacher at Silverlake Secondary School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Cruz
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
