Mr. Cruz
Computer science and French teacher, Quezon City
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Quezon City Secondary School
- 1978 to 1993
- English, Filipino
I came to teaching late, after working as a shop assistant, and 15 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Cruz
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Cruz: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me computer science in 1985 at Quezon City Secondary School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
