I teach geography and biology at Highland Academy, Warren. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Cortés
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
