I teach social studies and economics at Eastgate Secondary School, Oakland. My door was open at lunch.
Over the years I've had 980 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

You taught me social studies in 1998 at Eastgate Secondary School. I still remember the rainy sports day.

You taught me social studies in 2004 at Eastgate Secondary School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
