I taught art at Orchid High School in Toronto from 1992 to 2014. Most days I taught first-year students, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 880 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Mr. Cooper: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
