Mr. Contreras
Chemistry and statistics teacher, Guadalajara
- 🇲🇽 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
- Guadalajara Public School
- 1982 to 2013
- Spanish
For 31 years I was the chemistry teacher at Guadalajara Public School. I taught the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Contreras
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Contreras: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me chemistry in 2012 at Guadalajara Public School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
