Mr. Coetzee
Physics and statistics teacher, Cape Town
- 🇿🇦 Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
- Beacon Academy
- 1983 to 2017
- English
For 34 years I was the physics teacher at Beacon Academy. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I ran the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
More about Mr. Coetzee
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me physics in 2002 at Beacon Academy. I still remember the surprise birthday cake!
