Mr. Chukwu
Accounting and design and technology teacher, Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lotus High School
- Since 2004
- English, Hausa
I teach accounting at Lotus High School in Ikeja since 2004. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I learn every name in the first week.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Chukwu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Chukwu: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me accounting in 2015 at Lotus High School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected. Truly.
