Mr. Chhetri
18 years teaching religious studies in Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Kathmandu Academy
- Since 1995
- English, Nepali
For 31 years I have been the religious studies teacher at Kathmandu Academy. I teach Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Mr. Chhetri
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Chhetri: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
