Mr. Chen
23 years teaching biology in Derry
- 🇬🇧 Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Elmwood Primary School
- 1993 to 2021
- English
For 28 years I was the biology teacher at Elmwood Primary School. I taught mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Mr. Chen
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Chen: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me biology in 2023 at Elmwood Primary School. I still remember the end-of-term party!
