I taught art at St. Anne's Boys' School in Los Angeles from 2013 to 2024. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I had 300 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
