Mr. Chávez
Accounting and environmental science teacher, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Brookfield High School
- 2005 to 2024
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

You taught me accounting in 2005 at Brookfield High School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.

I was in your teenagers class in 2013. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Fort Worth.
