I teach accounting at San Francisco High School in San Francisco since 2001. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Over the years I've had 1,130 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Chávez
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
