I taught social studies at San Diego Grammar School in San Diego from 1981 to 2007. Most days I taught Year 7, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 650 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

What gifts mean to Mr. Chavez: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me social studies in 2018 at San Diego Grammar School. I still remember the rainy sports day.
